Internet Christmas Tree Selection
Important Notice
No Internet Trees will be available this year. Because of software problems, we have been unable to transfer the required information for this service to be available. We hope to have this corrected for the 2005 selling season.
(Following being kept for 2005 use)
Internet Sales of Christmas Trees will start on Monday, November 15, 200-. No orders will be accepted before that date. The last day to select a tree is Monday, November 30.
We are offering this service to only our past customers who will not be able to come up to the farm and select their tree. This service will be continue until all the trees reserved for internet sales have been sold or until Monday, November 30.
We must also limit this service to past customers in our delivery area. All internet trees will be delivered. Roughly, our delivery area covers north of I-10 to the east of Houston and north of U.S. 59 west of Houston.
The procedure to select a tree is as follows and requires a small piece of paper and pencil:
Step 1
Determine if you are in our delivery area. Record the cost of delivery to your neighborhood from the map.
If you are not in our delivery area, we can not deliver to your house. Other arrangements must be made on getting the tree to you. Please call to discuss alternatives.
Step 2
Select the date you would like your tree delivered to your house and record this date.
Step 3
View the pictures of the trees available and select the tree you desire.
Step 3
Decide which tree (VP-? or LC-?) you desire and record the tree number.
Step 4
Reserve your tree by clicking on the Order Tree Form , fill in all of the requested information and send it to us with the "submit" button.
Step 5
You will receive an e-mail back confirming your order. No order is considered confirmed until this e-mail is received by you. If your tree has already been selected by another, we will notify you. If you do not hear from us in a reasonable length of time, please call us at (281)469-2981.
Step 6
You will receive a bill by US Mail for the tree. The tree will not be cut and delivered until we have received payment. If your selected tree dies, is stolen or is not of the quality we deem desirable, we will advise you and refund your money.
Important to Remember
If your plans should change and you do not require the Christmas tree, please let us know before it is cut. We will refund all of your money.
